Weber, Jr. * Petition: #69-89 429 Mass Avenue * DECISION N. Andover, MA 01845 ** The Board of Appeals held a public hearing on August 8, 1989 upon the application of Charles J. Weber, Jr, requesti g a variation from the requirements of Section 4, Paragraph 4.122(19) of the Zoning Bylaw so as to permit construction of a tool shed within two (2) feet of the lot li a on the premises located at 429 Mass Avenue. The following members were presen and voting: Frank Serio, Jr. , Chairman, Augustine Nickerson, Clerk, William Sulliva , Raymond Vivenzio and Anna O'Connor. The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on July 20 and July 27, 1989 and all abutters were notified by regular mail. Upon a motion made by Mr. Vivenzi and seconded by Ms. O'Connor, the Board voted, unanimously, to GRANT the varianc as requested subject to the condition that the shed be up to the easement line b t not over or on it. The Board finds that the granting of this variance will not adversely affect the neighborhood or derogate from the intent and purpose of the Zoning ByLaw. Dated this 14th day of August, 19 9.
