Lurid who acteda s Chairman in the Absence, of Gregory Mooradkanian. ~his was a special meeting and a Public Hearing· Members present: Henry E. Lurid, Peter Ritchie and Andrew E. Alvinc. Application was received from Mrs.. Ruth W. Myhaver~ requesting a permit from the Board for the operation and m~intenance of a nursing home at 169 Andover Street, for not more than four patients. This application was advertised in. the Evening Tribune on the evening of October 21~ 1~52 and all abbutters were notified · Mrs. Myhaver was present and explained to the Board that she has had this type of permit for t~o years at 140 Prescott Street. She is beiD~ evicted frem these premises and would like a new permit to cover the new location which will be only temporary until she can find a larger house. If s~ud when she does find a suitable larger location, she will apply for another permit to cover a larger number of patients. Mr. Roland B. Hammond was present to speak in favor of granting the permit and there was no opposition to this application. Motion was made sd seconded and it was voted to take this matter l,~_m~er advise- ment. Since Mr. Mooradkanian and Mr. ~nipple were not present, they were contacted by telephone and both wished to be recorded as being in favor of granting the per'mit to Mrs. M~haver· The other three members also voted to grant the permit and the vot~ was unanimouse Application was received from David and George Rennie requesting renewal of a non-conforming use permit for the continued operation and maintenance of a road side stand at 200 Chickering Road, for the sale of fruit and vegetables which are raised on the premises. The absent members were consented on this matter also and motion was made and seconded and it was unanimously VOTED to grant the renewal permit to the Rennies for another year. Motion was made and seconded and it was VOTED to adjourn the meeting at 9:15' P.M. The next regular meeting to be held on November 10~ 1952o /
