The Board of Appeals held a public hearing on Tuesday evening, September 13,
October 11 and November 1, 1988 upon the application of Leona Morin, 10-C
Forest Street requesting a Special Permit from the requirements of Section 8,
Paragraph 12 of the Zoning ByLaws so as to permit construction of additional
building with parking for one (1) one-ton truck on above premises. The follow-
ing members were present and voting: William Sullivan, Acting Chairman,
Augustine Nickerson, Clerk, Walter Soule and Louis Rissin.
The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on August 25 and
September 1,1988 and all abutters were notified by regular mail.
Upon a motion made by Mr. Rissin and seconded by Mr. Soule, the Board voted,
unanimously, to GRANT this Special Permit as requested, according to revised
plans, dated 10/21/88.
The Board finds that the petitioner has satisfied the provisions of Section 10,
Paragraph 10.131 of the Zoning ByLaw and the granting of this Special Permit in
particular will not derogate from the intent and purpose of the Zoning ByLaw
nor will it adversely affect the neighborhood.
