9. The principal points upon which I base my application are as
follows: (must be stated in detail)
The North Andover Conservation Commission has conditioned the development of the
parcel upon there being a single driveway. The shared driveway will significantly
reduce the amount of disruption adiacent and into wetland areas. The proposed
construction and alterations will permit the parcel to be developed in conformance
with the main land-use plan for the area with minimum environmental disruption.
