Dear Sir:
The following petition was heard at a meeting of the Planning Board an Wednesday
evening, Marsh 33, 1963 at the Town Office Building. YAnbers present and voting
were: James M. Barman, Chairmen; Robert J. Burke, Secretary; Howard Gilman
and George Farley. Mr. Chepulis was voable to arrive until later in the evening.
willism(P. Sasso petitioned to amend. the North Andover Zoning By-Jaw by chsslgimg
from Country Residence District to Village Residence District a parcel of land
on Waverly Road .
Atty. Alfred Daniels represented the petitioner. There were three abutters
present concerned mostly about water and sewer problems. One was opposed to
"Spot zoning.*
The Board voted as fc7lowas Mr. Gilman made a motion to APM M the petition
and Far. Farley seconded the motion. The vote was
The reasons for approval are as follows:
1. This complies with the Planning Board requirements of Village Residence
districts to be on town sewerage system.
