The Board of Appeals held a public hearing on May 10, 1988 upon the application
of William A. Snell, D.D.S.,M.S. and Robert L. Soper, D.D.S. requesting a
Special Permit from the requirements of Section 6, Paragraph 6.5(1) (a) of the
Zoning Bylaw so as to permit relief from requirements of size of signage on
the premises located at 234 Main Street. The following members were present and
voting: Frank Serio, Jr., Chairman, Augustine Nickerson, Clerk, William Sullivan,
Walter Soule and Raymond Vivenzio.
The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on April 21 and April 28,
1988 and all abutters were notified by regular mail
Upon a motion made by Mr. Vivenzio and seconded by Mr. Soule, the Board VOTED, unanimously
to allow the petitioner to WITHDRAW WITHOUT PREJUDICE.

Dear Sirs
The Board of Appeals held a Public Hearing on Monday evening,
June g, 1953• This hearing was duly advertised in the Evening
Tribune on June 1, 1953 and all abutters were notified* The
follanring vote was taken.at a special meeting held June 15, 19539
Upon application of Joseph A. Maker, requesting the approval
of the Board for a non-conforming use permit, so as to permit
the construction of a building to be used as offices for the
applicant, Dre Joseph A. Maker and Dr. Thomas Ceplikas, a
motion was made and seconded and it was unanimously {TOTED to
grant the non-conforming use permit to Dr. Maker.
At this same meeting, a renewal' of a non-conforming use permit
was unanimously approved by the Board to Roland B. Hammond, Jre
Also at the same meeting a renewal of a non-conforming use permit
was unanimously granted to Fred Aziz•
All the members of the Board were present and voted on all three
applications. A copy of the plan filed with Dre Maker's application
is enclosed with this letter*
