Andover, MA 01845 * The Board of Appeals held a public hearing on May 10, 1988 upon the application of William A. Snell, D.D.S.,M.S. and Robert L. Soper, D.D.S. requesting a Special Permit from the requirements of Section 6, Paragraph 6.5(1) (a) of the Zoning Bylaw so as to permit relief from requirements of size of signage on the premises located at 234 Main Street. The following members were present and voting: Frank Serio, Jr., Chairman, Augustine Nickerson, Clerk, William Sullivan, Walter Soule and Raymond Vivenzio. Maker, requesting the approval of the Board for a non-conforming use permit, so as to permit the construction of a building to be used as offices for the applicant, Dre Joseph A.
