Jurisdiction to hear this petition because the parties m~g the appeal are clear~ persons #aggrieved by a de~ision ef the Building Inspector" ~-~er Article XI of the Ze-~-~ B~- ~a~s of the Town of North Andover. ~ 2-The Board ia also empowered ts decide the case under ~he ter~-olegy ef the ZenAng By-Laws relating te permits for d~e~ugs under Article II, ~ections ~-It is doubtful if the trt~tler type dwelling is a dwelling under Article V~II (b) as it lacks ~y of the features that are associated with most dwe~4.gs. 4-Reg~lese e£ the above points~ it is beyond dispute that the req,,~rements of the Building Laws (adopted March 14, 1942) have been met. Section 31 of the Building Laws requires that "Each room shall he in every part' mot less than seven feet~ six inches from the finished floor to the finised ceiling# This is a mandatory requirement for all dwe~ugs and cannot be waived' b~ this Board. After careful~ considering the matter sad in view of the above facts, a motion was made and duly ~econded and it was unanimously VOTED to approve the appeal of Philip Watson and others and' the Board hereby authoriae~ the' Building InSpeCtOr te revoke a~ er all permits issued te Harold $. and Ail members of the Board were present and votsd on this =-tier.
