Length of the dead-end roadway exceeds the Towns rules and regulations. No material has been submitted in support of the roadway length waiver . j 2. No mitigation of stormwater run-off has been shown by the applicant . 3. No indication of the CBA within the lots created by this subdivision as required by the Zoning Bylaw and connot make determination re zoning compliance, 4. No data has been submitted requiring the design or probabily of having sanitary sewer facilities or septic system tests for this subdivision. 5. The watermain has not been looped or extended to insure the adequate flow of water contrary to the public health and safety of future residents of the subdivision. b. No flood hazard areas have been delineiated on site as determined by FEMA. 7. No indication of the curves, paving and width of right-of-way for existing streets adjacent to this subdivision as required by the Rules and Regulations. S. If this project proceeds to the stage of a definitive Plan. the applicant must comply with all requirements of the Rule and Regulations of the North Andover Planning Board regarding Definitive Plans, .in particular , the following issues should be addressed : a . No lots shall be released from the covenant running with the property until the following is completed . All drainage is constructed in accordance with the Subdivision Plan, including binder coat application, all utilities, including , but limited to fire alarms, water lines, sewer , drainage, electric , gas, cable shall be installed in accordance with the plans. Drainage calculations will have to be submitted to mitigate run-off. No calculations or drainage plan has yet been submitted to prove to the Planning Board csxr�o that the subdivision can mitigate increased run-off without affecting abutting property . iy �LJ1 4 W+ v_. x aoFQ z c . A detailed tree plan in accrodance with Section V , K and VI . 1 will have to be submitted with plan for review by the Plan�ring Board and Tree Warden. The applicant will have to address the Tree Department recommendations to preserve existing trees and to bond for new planting if appropriate. d . A stump pit burial plan will have to be submitted to the Planning Board and Highway Department for review and approval prior to any on-site construction. he applicant must comply with all applicable section of the North Andover Zoning Bylaw and with all appropriate recommendations of the Town Boards .
