The undersigned wishes to record the accompanying Flan and cnq Ists a
determination by said Board that approval by it under the Subdivisicn
Control Law isnot required . The undersigned believes that such approval
is not required for the following reasons :
1. The division of land shown on the accompanying plan is not a sub-
division, because e'v'ery lot shown thereon has the amousit of frontage
required by the North Andover Zoning By Law and is on a publ7c. way ,
namely , Salem Turnpike or a private way , namely ,
Berry Street being land bounded as follows :
Southerly by Salem Turnpike
Westerly by land now or formerly of Salvatore Sapienza
Northerly by land now or formerly of Laura F . Goff
Easterly by Berry Street.
2 . The division of land shown on the accompanying plan is not a sub-
division for the following reasons :
