MASSACHUSETTS BOARD OF APPEALS ********************** * * Susan Blodgett ** Petition: #93-89 32 Clarendon St. * N. Andover, MA 01845 DECISION * The Board of Appeals held a public hearing on Tuesday evening, January 9, 1990 upon the application of Susan Blodgett as a Party Aggreived for review of a decision made by the Building Inspector or other authority regarding a request for a home occupation(masseuse) on the premises located at 32 Clarendon Street. The following members were present and voting: Frank Serio, Jr., Chairman, William Sullivan, Vice-chairman, Augustine Nickerson, Clerk, Walter Soule and Raymond Vivenzio. The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on December 21, 1989 and December 30, 1989 and all abutters were notified by regular mail. Upon a motion made by Mr. Vivenzio and seconded by Mr. Soule, the Board voted, unanimously to DENY the Party Aggreived appeal on the grounds that the applicant is unlicensed by the Board of Health to conduct the proposed home occupation, as a masseuse, and thus has no standing before this Board.
