Lyons: At Planning Board meeting of November 28, 1977 it was unanimously voted to reconsider the original vote to endorse the above—named plan not requiring approval under subdivision control law. Upon motion duly made and seconded, the Board voted unanimously to disap— prove endorsement of the subject plan because a mutually agreed upon request between the Planning Board and the applicant's representative, Mr. Gelinas, was not honored.
