Home My WebLink AboutBONENFANT, ROBERT NORTH R IN * 9 4n♦ ,V )r TOWN OF NORTH ANDOVER tCa MASSACHUSETTS i BOARD OF APPEALS Robert & Beth Bonenfant * Petition: #150-90 1806 Salem Street * DECISION North Andover, MA 01845 The Board of Appeals held a public hearing on Tuesday evening, May 14, 1991 upon the application of Robert & Beth Bonenfant requesting a Special Permit from the requirements of Section 4, Paragraph 4.121(7) of the Zoning Bylaw so as to permit construction of a family suite for use by Mrs. Bonenfant's parents, John & Evelyn Melia on the premises located at 1806 Salem Street. The following members were present and voting: Frank Serio, Jr. , Chairman, William Sullivan, Vice-Chairman, Walter Soule, Clerk, Anna O' Connor and Louis Rissen. The hearing was advertised in the North Andover "Citizen" on April 17 and April 24, 1991. Upon a motion by Mr. Sullivan, seconded by Mrs . O'Connor, the Board voted to GRANT the Special Permit as requested, subject to the following conditions : 1 . the premises be occupied by Evelyn & John Melia; 2 . the Special Permit shall expire at the time that, Evelyn & John Melia cease to occupy the family suite; 3 . the Special Permit shall expire at the time the pre- mises are conveyed to any person, partnership or corporation; 4 . the applicant, by acceptance of the Certificate of Occupancy issued pursuant to the Special Permit, grants the Building Inspector or his lawful designee the right to inspect the premises annually. The vote was unanimous. The Board finds that the petitioner has satisfied the pro- visions of Section 10, Paragraph 10. 31 of the Zoning By-Law it Robert & Beth Bonenfant pg. -2- May 28 , 1991 and the granting of this Special Permit in particular will not derogate from the intent and purpose of the Zoning By-Law nor will it adversely affect the neighborhood.
