Subdivision Plan entitled: Preliminary Plan o f Land

2. The North Andover Platming Board has disapproved said plant for the
following reasons:
1. Due to the fact that there now exists substantial changes from the
original preliminary subdivision plan, the Planning Board considers
these revisions significant, indicating that the subdivision will not
be constructed as originally submitted on April 27, 1984 .
2. There has not been sufficient information submitted to the Planning
Board reflecting any changes in said plans which demonstrate their
impact on the proposed utilities (sewer and water) and the adequacy
of drainage.
3. A new preliminary plan shall be submitted reflecting the proposed*
