Holland 217 Waverly Road- Mr. Daniel Long, Town Clerk Petition #56-85 Town Office Building North Andover, MA 01845 Dear Mr. Long: The Board of Appeals held a public hearing on Tuesday evening, November 12, 1985 upon the application of Michael S. Holland. The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on September 26 and October 3, 1985 and all abutters were notified by regular mail. The following members were present and voting; Chairman Frank Serio, Jr. , Alfred Frizelle, William F. Sullivan and Walter Soule& J. Simon The petitioners seek a variance under Section 7, Paragraph 7.1, 7. 2, and 7. 3 and Table 2 of the Zoning Bylaws, so as to permit a new separate 'tot on Waverly, Road(area, frontage & yard) and for per-existing non-conforming structure at 217 Waverly Road. Motion made by Mr. Frizelle, and seconded by Mr. Simon to DENY this variance. The Board feels that this lot would be too small for two houses as specified on the plans submitted and that no evidence o f hardship in the statutory sense was shown. The separation of this lot would make Lot A consist of 4, 860 sq. ft. and Lot B consist of 4, 383' s'q. ft. , making both lots undersized, far below the 72,500 sq. ft. requirement. Vote ws as follows, to deny - Frank Serio, Jr. , Alfred Frizelle and John Simon, to grant - Waiter Soule.
