Dear Sir:
The Board of Appeals, comprising the following, were present and voting at the
session in the Town Building, North Andover, on Monday evening, August 11,
1969: Arthur R. Drummond, Chairman; Daniel T. O'Leary, Secretary, Donald J.
Scott, J. Philip Arsenault, Esq. and Donald J. Leonard (newly appointed member).
Considered was the request of Louis Nakdozza requesting a variation of Section
6.32 of the Zoning By-Law so as to permit the division of three existing lots
into two lots which would not have the required area of 25,000 square feet on
the east side of Waverly Road, known as 432 Waverly Road. This was advertised
in the Eagle-Tribune on July 26 and August 2, 1969 and all abutters were duly
notified by certified mail.
The petitioner was represented by Attorney Thaddeus J. Palys and abutters in
favor were William F. Marcotte, Jr. and Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Evangelos, with no
opposition noted..
The matter was taken under advisement upon the unanimous vote of the board members.
Following a discussion, upon motion of Daniel T. O+Leary, seconded by J. Philip
Arsenault, and voted unani*ously, it was determined that the two proposed lots
would be too small, one domprisem 15:,000 sq. ft. and the other 12,�'0 feet. The
denial of_thts petition-w6ijId cause no substantial hardship to the applicant.
