notice. of intention to seek relief until such time as it is made on the
official application form. All information called for by the form shall
be furnished by the applicant in the manner therein prescribed.
Everyapplication shall be submitted with a list of "Parties In Interest"
which' l'i'st shall include the petitioner, abutters , owners of land directly
opposite on any public or private street or way, and abutters to the
abutters within three hundred feet ( 300 ' ) of the property line of the
petitioner as they appear on the most recent applicable tax list,
notwithstanding that the land of any such owner is located in another city
or town, the Planning Board of the city or town, and the Planning Board of
every abutting city or town.
*Every application shall be submitted with an -application charge cost in
the amount of $25. 00. In addition, the petitioner shall be responsible
for any and all costs involved in bringing the petition before the Board.
Such costs shall include mailing and publication, but are not necessarily
limited to these.

Board., No petition will be brought before the Board unless said plan has
been submitted. . Copies of the Board ' s requirements regarding plans are
attached hereto or are available from the Board of Appeals upon request .

Dear Mr. Long:
Please be informed that on March 24, 1986, a letter was
received from John J. Callahan, of John Callahan Associates
requesting a WITHDRAWAL WITHOUT PREJUDICE for two Applications
for Special Permits of Mr. John Todd, Lowell MA - Commercial
Parcel, Rt. 114 (Owned by ABC Bus Company) . The Public Hearing
was scheduled for March 24, 1986. A motion was made by John J.
Burke and seconded by Erich W. Nitzsche to accept the letter
as, read; the motion passed unanimously. All five board members
were present for the vote.

Members of the Planning Board:
The intent of this letter is request a Withdrawal Without Prejudice
for two Applications for Special Permit scheduled to be heard on
the March 24, 1985 Planning Board Meeting.
One Special Permit was for Site Plan approval as required in an In-
dustrial District for a-building having more than 10 parking spaces
and the second was for the petitioner to be allowed ingress/egress
to his proposed site from a private roadway.
We wish to be able to resubmit these applications to be heard at a
later Planning Board hearing, should Mr. Todd so desire .
