Andover, MA 01845 * DECISION The Board of Appeals held a public hearing on April 11, 1989 upon the application of Clifford P. Poole requesting a variance from the requirements of Section 7, Paragraph 7.3 and Table 2 of the Zoning Bylaws so as to permit relief of setback requirements in corder to put an addition on the house located at 81 Wesley Street. The following members were present and voting: Alfred Frizelle, Acting Chairman, Augustine Nickerson, Clerk, William Sullivan, Walter Soule and Anna O'Connor. The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on March 9 and March 16, 1989 and all abutters were notified by regular mail. The petitioner desires to construct an addition to his dwelling to increase the amount of livingispace and also to make a variety of necessary repairs at the same time. He needs a variance because the house is built on an angle and the back lot line is not straight. Upon a motion made by Mr. Soule and seconded by Mr. Sullivan, the Board voted, unanimously, to GRANT the variance as requested. The Board finds that granting the variance will not adversely affect the neigh- borhood nor derogate from the intent and purpose of the Zoning Bylaw. Dated this 19th day of April, 1989.
