Seeting was-called to order by the chairman at 8:00 p.m Members
present were Messrs. Finck, Nicetta, L~nd, Perrone, and Boegq4n.
A Public Hearing was held on the petition of George and Edith
H~yes of~.First Street. The request was for a variance from the
zoning by-Laws so as to permit the erection of a garage on the
premises. There was no opposition to this petition and Mr Hayes
stated everything that had been written in the petition mas what
he wished to say.
On motion of Mr. Nicetta, seconded by Mr. Finck the Board
voted to APPROVE the petition.
A public Hearing was held on the petition of Daniel Valpey requesting
a variance from the Zoning By-Laws so as to permit the building ef
another room on a dwelling at 66 Greene ~treet. There was no opposi-
tion to this petition. Mr. Valpey stated there was nothing ~ao_ce to
add to what was already contained in the petition.
On motion of Mr. Nicetta, seconded by Mr. Perrone the Board voted to
take the m~tter under advisement.
motion of Mr. Perrone, seconded by Mr. BoeSn the Board unanimously
vot~ed Mr. Finck as chariman for the ensuing year.
Meeting adjourned at 9:30 p.m.

Two public hearings were scheduled for June 27, 1955. One on the
p&tition of Annie C. Coffin o£ Sutton Street and the other on the
petition of Eleanor Adams, Salem, Street.
