Meeting was called to order by the chairman at 7:30 p.m. Members
present were Messrs. Finck, Nicetta, Alvino, Smith~ and Lund.
Mr. Smith was designated as a voting member to act in the absence
of a regular member.
A Public Hearing was held on the petition of Eleanor Adams of
Salem Street who was requesting a variance to allow an addition
to an existing dwelling. There was no opposition to this
petition.
On motion of Mr. Nicetta, seconded by Mr. Alvino the Board voted
to take the matter under advisement.
On motion of Mr. Nicetta, seconded by Mr. Lund the Board unanimously
voted to grant the variance.
APublic Hearing was held on the petition of Annie C. Coffin requesting
a variance to allow a lesser side lot ~ine that that already allowed by
the By-Law.
Mr. Andrew Coffin s~ted his wife owned the land adjoining along with
here family but had Just recently purchased it just before the new
law.took affect.
On motion of Mr. Sm/~h seconded byMr. Nicetta, the Board voted to
take the matter under advisement.

Meeting was called to order by the chairman at 7:38 p.m. Members
present Messrs. Finck, Alvino, Smith, Boeglin, and Nicetta.
A Public Hearing was held on the petition of Salvatore Ventimiglia
requesting a variance to all,wa subdivision with a frontage of
11.9 feet.
~'.,Atty. Joseph Petralia stated the petitiner bought a large parcel of
~lan~froml~4 Shann in March, 1955 and since acquiring the land has
erected a single dwel~g. He now has a buyer for the house and land
and wishes to subdivide the land as he has a buyer for some land
only but the required frontage is not met. There was no opposition
to this petition.
On motion of Mr. Alvine, seconded by Mr. Lurid the Board voted te
take the matter under advisement
