Long : I The Board of Appeals held a public hearing on August 122 1986 upon the application of Thomas Sapienza requesting a variance from the requirements of Section 7 , Paragraph 7 .2 and Table 2 of the Zoning By Laws so as to premit an existing structure be allowed to remain to ' close to the side setback line . The shed was built in 1978 . The following members were present and voting ; Frank Serio , Jr . , Chairman , Alfred Frizelle , Vice-chairman, William Sullivan , Raymond Vivenzio and Anna O ' Connor . The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on June 26 and July 3 , 1986 and all abutters were notified by regular mail . Motion made by Alfred Frizelle and seconded by William Sullivan to GRANT this petition as requested . The shed was built in 1478 and the Board feels it would be a hardship to remove it . The granting of' this petition would in no way deter from the neighborhood . Any communication purporting to be an application shall be treated as mere s notice of intention to seek relief until such time as it is made on the official application form. All information called for by the form shall be furnished by the applicant in the manner therein prescribed . ,,.
