Long : I The Board of Appeals held a public hearing on August 122 1986 upon the application of Thomas Sapienza requesting a variance from the requirements of Section 7 , Paragraph 7 .2 and Table 2 of the Zoning By Laws so as to premit an existing structure be allowed to remain to ' close to the side setback line . The shed was built in 1978 . The following members were present and voting ; Frank Serio , Jr . , Chairman , Alfred Frizelle , Vice-chairman, William Sullivan , Raymond Vivenzio and Anna O ' Connor . The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on June 26 and July 3 , 1986 and all abutters were notified by regular mail . Motion made by Alfred Frizelle and seconded by William Sullivan to GRANT this petition as requested . The shed was built in 1478 and the Board feels it would be a hardship to remove it . The granting of' this petition would in no way deter from the neighborhood . Any communication purporting to be an application shall be treated as mere s notice of intention to seek relief until such time as it is made on the official application form.
