The ~eeting was called to order by the Chairman at 8:15 P. M. Members present were:

Atte~pt~ were ~ade to secure additional members, but they were unsueeessfull~ -
A Public me~t4-~'was to have been held in the case of ~r. O~Connor. He was represeated
by Attorney Hooraa~-~*-, 5~ ~ Street~ ~. Andover.
Abbuttors present were l~r. ~rs. D~nahue, ~77 Andover Street, and ~r. Mrs. I~cN~, 200
EI~~ Street, Andover.
Mr. Donahue w~s quite c~ncerned about the land to the rear and suggested 'that Mr. O~Cenn~x·
move his house baee from 30 Feet to 40 feet from the front, but Mr. Finek 4weor~ed Mr.

Mooradk~-~u representative for the petiticaers, amd Mr. Rrs. Dmaahue, Abbuttore were
also preeen%.
Mr. ~Oonner has an 11.92 foot frontage, instead of the required 15 feet.
Mr. M~oradkanian stated that the area is several h~adred feet w~re t~- the reqn4~-e~
twenty thousand feet which is required unde~ the law~ although tBis is not subJee% t~ the
new provisica adopted this year.
Mr. l~k suggested that the garage be ~oved hack ~ the house, bat Mr. Noora~*-4~a stated
that it would be a hardship.
Mr. Donahue alse stated that if Mr. O~Connor would reeve his garage baok~ and have it in ~-e
with the rest of the abbuttors~ there would be ne pr~ble~a at .11.
The point was made that the side lot iastruetica are 15 feet, when part of the land is ia e~e
to~ and part ia another town.
Mr. Mooradkanian stated that a variance ~meh as this has never Beea a~ stumbling ~ m 4~e
