The Board signed Miss Dohe~y'~, and Mrs. Bal~is wages~ amo~ting~ to $3,75 ~er ~lerk and

Mr. Houghton a~ared fora. peti~tion on the zoning by-law on a variance for a nc~-confor~-
ing use as a used oar dealer. The location of the property is on the Nort~h side of ~ah
Street. Mr. C~ infor~ed Mr. Houghton that the Board would set Febraary 13 for a
public hearing on this pe%ition~ The petitioner was also t-Formed he would have ~o have a
proper set of plans.
The Board went over Mr. O'Conners plans. Mr. Alvine ~ved that Mr. O'Connor get a vaxJlance

Selectmen for a Businese license the Board of Appeala~ could grant a non-eonfor~-8 permit.
Mr. Finck told Mr. Payne if he could have everyt~ prepared the Board ~uld have a Public
Hear~-8 on the case February 13.
