Seidewand 26961 Tall Oaks Trail Petition #: 60-89 Olmsted Township Ohio, 44138 * DECISION The Board of Appeals held a public hearing on Tuesday evening, June 13, 1989 upon the application of Robert J. Seidewand requesting a variance from the requirements of Section 7, Paragraph 7.3 and Table 2 of the Zoning Bylaw so as to permit relief to 10' of Town owned forest land on the premises located at Lot 12, Coventry Estates. The following members were present and voting: Frank Serio, Jr., Chairman, Raymond Vivenzio, Acting Clerk, Walter Soule, Ms. O'Connor and Mr. Rissin. The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on May 11 and May 18, 1989 and all abutters were notified by regular mail. Upon a motion made by Mr. Soule and seconded by Ms. O'Connor, the Board voted to approve the petition, the vote was as follows: In favor; Mr. Soule and Ms. O'Connor, Opposed; Mr. Serio, Mr. Vivenzio and Mr. Rissin, therefore the variance was DENIED. The Board finds that the petition has not satisfied the provisions of Section 10, Paragraph 10.4 of the Zoning Bylaws and that granting the variance would adversely affect the neighborhood and derogate from the intent and purpose of the Zoning Bylaw.
