of the premises. Mr. Lund made a motion to have a special meeting on this case on
February 20 at 7:00 P. M..
Mr. Chairm~a read the Board a leter from the Board of Selectmen inviting them to be present
at a meeting of all departments in the Town Building on February 20.
A letter was read from Arthur P. Colgate wishing a License to own and maintain sand and
grave in the Town of North Andover. Due to lack of all information a letter was sent
Mr. Colgate requesting him to send all information on this matter.
Mr. Boeglin made a motion to adjourn the meeting.

The meeting vas called to order at 8:10 P. M. hy the Chairman. Members present:
Ralph Finck, Chairman, Henry Lund, Alfred Boeglin, Al. Alvino and Nicholas Ntcet!:.a.
Mr. Chairman read to all present the application of Louis Sirois, 92 Beverly Street,
for a'variance of 4~6'' on a lot situated at lot 138 Wentworth Steeet. He wishes to
'eeect a single, family residence.
The petdtioner, Lo,is Sirois, and abbutters R.L. Fred Lamber, Andrew Melnick and
.Joseph Steen were present.
The abbutters objected to a shack that N~. S~rois has at the property in question now,
but was told by the petitioner that ss soon as he is ~ble, it will be torn down.
~,~. Lambert replied he had no objections as long as Mr. Sirois was 10' from his line at
this the Board ihformed him that it wo~dd be 38' freer from his line.

At the ~eparture of the petitio~e~ and abbutters the Board discussed the ease thoroughly.
Mr. Lnnd m~ved that a w~riance of 10'6" on the side lines be ~ranted. Mr. Alvino seconded
this ~otion. Also the condition that the petitioner b~i!d 15' from the street line. It
