The Board of Appeals held a public hearing on May 9, 1989 upon the application
of William and John Tarkulich requesting a variation from the requirements of
Section 7, Paragraph 7.3 and Table 2 of the Zoning Bylaw so as to permit relief
from 30' side setback to 27' on southerly boundary in order to build deck and
porch on present dwelling on the premises located at 784 Winter St. , Lot 5. The
following members were present and voting: William Sullivan, Acting Chairmna,
Augustine Nickerson, Clerk, Walter Soule, Raymond Vivenzio and Louis Rissin.
The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on April 20 and April 27,
1989 and all abutters were notified by regular mail.
Upon a motion made by,Mr. Vivenzio and seconded by Mr. Soule, the Board voted,
dnanimously,..to.GRANT the variance as requested.
7�he Board finds that granting this variance will not adversely affect the neigh-
borhood nor derogate from the intent and purposes of the Zoning Bylaw.
