Public Hearin~
The meeting was c~q~ed to order at 7.'30 P. M1 by the Chairman. Members presents
Ralph Finck, Chairm~n, Alfred Boaglin, Secretary, Kenneth Terroux, Nicholas Nicetta and
Daniel O'Leary, Associate Member who was designated by the Chairman to vote in member's
Henry Lunds place.
A Public Hearing was held on the petition of Fred A. But~m~n requesting a variance eo as
to permit the erection and application for a road-side stand permit. Under section 4.80,
page 4 of the By-Laws he has no need to come before the Board.
Mr. Butbm,~ was informed by the Chairm~ that only agricultural products g~own on the
premises could be sold. At this point, Mr. Butbm~_un stated he would also like to sell
custo~ furniture, and was advi. sed by the Chairman that the By-Law does not prevent b4m
from selling it.
~r. Nicetta moved that the matter be taken under advisement, Mr. Boeglin seconded this
motion, and it was ,,~4mnusly voted.
At the departure of Mr. ~ath~,nn, The Board discussed the matter ~h~lly. Mr. Nicetta
moved that the petition be granted, it was unanimous.
Conditions cf the granting were: Building be erected 30' from Turnpike Street and
20' from Sullivan Street. Farm produce grown on premises o~ly may be sold.
Mr. Chair~-- read a renewel from D~lel O~Lenio. Mr. Nicetta moved that the renewal be
granted, Mr. Boeglin seconded the motion, it was Unanimously voted by the Board.
A mo~ tion was made by Mr. Nicetta, and it was Unanimously voted that the application
of Do~,ld Boot~ requesting a variance of the Zoning Ordinance be granted.
A motion was made by Mr. Lurid, who was called from his other duties to vote on the
Bootman and Marino Petitions, that Mr. Marino be ~ranted a variance of the frontage of
three lots located on the ea-s~ side of Woodlane. 2his motion was unanimously carried by
the full Board.
Lots granted a variance measure as follows: 25,146 square feet, frontage 11~.73, 20,425
square feet, frontage 102.$8, 1~,063 square feet, frontage 107.60.
The lot located on Woodlane and Vine Street measuring 15,589 ~quare feet, frontage 107.60
has been rejected by the Board.
The plans were sent back to Mr. Marino so as he may number the lots accor~f~ly.
The B~ard signed the pay-roll and bill for st~mps and post-cards.
Meeting adjourned at 8:30 P. M.
