By adding on to the home an . attached garage the existing garage space may be used for additional livin2 s ace due to the architectural design of our home and " the location of the —*existing dwelling on the lot, the only place a garage s be put would require the corner of the proposed garage to be 16.5 feet from the side lines. These ' orms shall be furnished by the clerk* upon request . Any communication purporting to be an application shall be treated as mere notice of intention to seek relief until such time as it is made on the official application form. All in* formation called for by the form shall be. furnished by the applicant in the manner therein prescribed. Andover, MA 01845 The Board of Appeals held a public hearing on May 9, 1989 upon the application of Bruce & Joan Tronic requesting a variation from the requirements of Section 7, Paragraph 7.3 and Table 2 of the Zoning Bylaws so as to permit relief of side setback in order to build attached garage to the existing garage, so old garage may be made into additional living space on the premises located at 35 Turtle Lane. The following members were present and voting: William Sullivan, Acting Chairman, Augustine Nickerson, Clerk, Walter Soule, Raymond Vivenzio and The hearing was advertised in the North Andover on April 6 and April 13, 1989 and all abutters were notified by regular mail. Upon a motion made by Mr. Rissin and seconded by Mr. Soule, the Board voted, unanimously, to GRANT the variance as requested. The Board finds that granting the variance will not adversely affect the neigh- borhood nor derogate from the intent and purposes of the Zoning Bylaw. Andover, MA 01845 * The Board of Appeals held a public hearing on May 9, 1989 upon the application of Andrew & Irene Soucy requesting a variation from the requirements of Seciton 7, Paragraph 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3 and Table 2 of the Zoning Bylaw so as to permit relief from area, frontage and setbacks for B-4 district on the premises located at 485 Andover Street.
