The principal points upon whit I base my application are as, follows ;' ;

Our family has .grown in the existing dwellin It can no longer
accomodate our family. By adding on to the home an . attached garage
the existing garage space may be used for additional livin2 s ace
due to the architectural design of our home and " the location of the
—*existing dwelling on the lot, the only place a garage s be put
would require the corner of the proposed garage to be 16.5 feet from
the side lines. The cost for us to move would• be::expensive and cause (•Pont

Sec. 1 APPLICATION FORM
Every application for action b the Board shall be made on a form
approved by the Board. These ' orms shall be furnished by the clerk*
upon request . Any communication purporting to be an application
shall be treated as mere notice of intention to seek relief until
such time as it is made on the official application form. All in*
formation called for by the form shall be. furnished by the applicant
in the manner therein prescribed.
Every application shall be submitted with a list . of "Parties in
Interest" which list shall include the petitioner , abutters , owners
of land directly opposite on a y public ox private street or way ,
and abutters to the abutters within three hundred feet of the property
line of the petitioner as they appear on the most recent applicable
tax list , notwithstanding that the land of any such owner is- located
in another city or town , the Planning Board of the city or town , and
the Planning Board of every abutting city or town .
Every application shall be submitted with an application charge cost
in the amount of $25 . 00 , in addition , the petitioner shall be respon*
sible for any and all costs involved in bringing the petition before
the Board. Such costs shall incl4de mailing and publication,, but
are not necessarily limited to these .

The Board of Appeals held a public hearing on May 9, 1989 upon the application
of Bruce & Joan Tronic requesting a variation from the requirements of Section 7,
Paragraph 7.3 and Table 2 of the Zoning Bylaws so as to permit relief of side
setback in order to build attached garage to the existing garage, so old garage
may be made into additional living space on the premises located at 35 Turtle
Lane. The following members were present and voting: William Sullivan, Acting
Chairman, Augustine Nickerson, Clerk, Walter Soule, Raymond Vivenzio and
The hearing was advertised in the North Andover on April 6 and April 13, 1989
and all abutters were notified by regular mail.
Upon a motion made by Mr. Rissin and seconded by Mr. Soule, the Board voted,
unanimously, to GRANT the variance as requested.
The Board finds that granting the variance will not adversely affect the neigh-
borhood nor derogate from the intent and purposes of the Zoning Bylaw.

The Board of Appeals held a public hearing on May 9, 1989 upon the application
of Andrew & Irene Soucy requesting a variation from the requirements of Seciton 7,
Paragraph 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3 and Table 2 of the Zoning Bylaw so as to permit relief
from area, frontage and setbacks for B-4 district on the premises located at 485
Andover Street. The following members were present and voting: William Sullivan,
Acting Chairman, Augustine Nickerson, Clerk, Walter Soule, Anna O'Connor and
Louis Rissin.
The Hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on April 20 and April 27,
1989 and all abutters were notified by regular mail.
Upon a motion made by Mr. Soule and seconded by Mr. Rissin, the Board voted,
unanimously, to GRANT the variances subject to the following conditions:
1. Parking for ten (10) cars be provided.
2. The garage as shown on the plans be razed.
3. The second floor of the building be restricted to storage only.
The Board finds that granting these variances will not adversely affect the
neighborhood nor derogate from the intent and purpose of the Zoning Bylaw.
