To the Planning Board of the Town ' of North Andover :
The undersigned wishes to record the accompanying plan and requests a
determination by said Board that approval by it under the Subdivision
Control Law is not required . The ° undersigned believes that such approval
is not required for the following reasons :
1 . . The division of land shown on the accompanying, plan is not a sub-
division because ,every- lot shown thereon has the amount of frontage i
required by the North Andover Zoning By Law and is on a public way ,
namely , Bradford Street or a private way , namely,
being land bounded as follows :
Beginning at a drill hole along Bradford Street & running along Bradford
Street southeasterly 150' then running southwesterly 301.87' then
northwesterly 146.10' then northeasterly 270.31 to the beginning of
- a curve with a radius of 25 feet along the curve 43.54' to a point then
southeasterly to point of beginning.
2 . The division of land shown on the accompanying plan is not a sub
division for the following reasons:
The lot has the required lot area & the required frontage on an
existing public right of way
3. Title reference North Essex Deeds , Book 1998 Page 342' ; or
