Dear Mr. Lyons:
I represent Hildreth and Marjorie B . Auer, 444 Winter
Street, North Andover, Massachusetts, who have been occupants and
owners of record since 1945 of certain land located on Winter
Street, North Andover, Massachusetts. Mr. and Mrs. Auer are ad-
vised that, pursuant to their Agreement with Campanelli, Inc. , a
preliminary subdivision plan of said land entitled "Bruin Hill
Acres" and dated February 27 , 1968 , was filed with your office on
or about March 1 , 1968 ; and that a special meeting of the Planning
Board was held on Monday, May 20, 1968 , to consider said prelimin-
ary subdivision plan in accordance with the provisions of the Sub-
division Control Law, General Laws, Chapter 41, Sections 81K to
81GG, inclusive.
Section 81S of said Subdivision Control Law requires
certain action by the Planning Board within sixty (60) days after
the submission of such a. preliminary plan and notification to you
of its action, together with -its reasons therefor. Other sections
of said Subdivision Control Law require certain filings and noti-
fications to your office.
Will you kindly prepare and furnish to me from your
records a certified copy of filing dates, reports and other data
relating to this subdivision and the plan thereof. If you will
advise me in advance, I shall be pleased to forward to you my
check for the requested copy of these records.
Your courtesy and cooperation in this matter will be
greatly appreciated.
