Re: Legal Notice of Petitioner Aziz, Hearing May 13, 1986 Dear Chairman: I wish to go on record, by virtue of this letter, AGAINST the request to 'vary" the intent and purpose of R-3 zoning by-law district as requested by Mr. Aziz. Please consider these reasons voting on the subject: 1). The Petitioner is taking away land which he has no extra to take away. 2). Hardship, financial or otherwise, can hardly be factual as Petitioner's son purchased the abutting land three (3) month ago (ref. ZBL 10.4), sold 1/31/86 (public record N.E.R.D. 3) . Varying one (1) violation of a zone is one thing, but asking to vary 4 violations SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED DESIRABLE BY THIS BOARD (Ref. 7:1, 7.2, 7.3, & Table 2). 4). Said lot would have 1/5 less than the minimum area required. This would increase the density on this dirt, one lane road with no turn-a-round. I request that this Board obtain a report from the Fire Department regarding access and supporting remarks for this variance (ref. General Laws, Chapter 40, Section 15). Dear Mr. Long : The Board of Appeals held a public hearing on Monday evening, April 12 , 1982 upon the application of Louis J . Kmiec , Jr. The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on March 25 and April 1 , 1982 and all abutters were notified by regular mail .
