Dear Sir: The following petition was heard at a meeting of the Board of Appeals on Mot:day evening, December Il, 1961 at the Town, Office Building. Members present and voting were: Daniel T. O'Leary, Chairman; Harold Morley, Jr., Secretary; Henry E. Lund, Robert J. Burke and Howard L. Gilman. Viola Kobos requested a variation of Sec. 6, Para. 6.31, 6.62 of the Zoning By-Law so as to permit the subdivision of existing small lots into two lots on the premises, located at Mablin Avenue. This public hearing was advertised in the Eagle Tribune on November 20 and November 30, 1961. A11 abutters were duly notified by certified mail of this hearing. There was no opposition to the petition. The Board discussed and voted on the petition. Mr. Burke made a motion. to APPROVE the variance. Mr. Lund seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous. Permission is hereby granted to allow the subdivision of the lots as set forth on the applicantfs plan. This subdivision complies with See. 6, para. 6.62 of the.
