Cone, Trustee 202 Lacy Street Petition #47-85 Dear Mr. Long: The Board of Appeals held a public hearing on Monday evening, August 12 , 1985 upon the application of Leslie Realty Trust, Patrick S . Cone, Trustee . The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on July 25 , 1985 and August 1, 1985 and all abutters were notified by regular mail. The following members were present and voting: Chairman, Frank Serio, Jr. , Vice Chairman, Alfred E. Frizelle , Esq. , Clerk, Augustine W. Nickerson, William J. Sullivan, and Raymond A. Vivenzio, The petitioners seek a special permit under Section 4 Paragraph 4 . 121(17) of the Zoning Bylaws , so as to permit the continuedexistence of an in-law apartment now occupied by the petitioner's mother and father.
