Dear Sir; The following petition was heard at a greeting of the Board of Appeals on Yfonday evening, February 8, 1965 at the Town Office Building. Members present and voting mere: Daniel T. oaLeary, Ghairmen; William Morton, Secretary; Henry E. Lund, John J. Shields and Artkar Ihmmmnd. ALICE M. LETARTN requested a variation of Sec. 7, Para. 7.23 and permission order Sec. 6, Para. 6.31 & 6.62 of the Zoning By-Lav so as to permit the subdivision of a parcel of land into three lots, with a dwelling located on came of the late being 130 from the side line on the premises, located at the east side of Osgood Street and west side of Court St. , at Stevens Cerner and known as #15 Court Street. This public hearing was advertised in the Nagle Tribune on January 25 and February 1, 1965. All abutters vers duly notified by certified mail of this hearing. The petitioner spoke in favor of and explained the basis of the desire to have tho petition granted. Speaking in favor of the petition as an abutter, vas Atty. Ralph S. Finck. There was no one opposed. It was moved by Member Shields and seconded by Member Morten to take the petition under advisement. In Executive session, an analysis was made with respect to the typical lot siS00 in- fluencing the neighborhood and it was fetimd that the lets proposed were not incos- sistent in size of most of the lots in the immediate area. The Board also took into consideration that each of the lots could be serviced by public sanitary sewerage. Upon motion of Member Mortem and seconded by Member Lund, it vas voted vassimusly to GRANT the petition for the following reasonsa a. That the proposed lets would not be in derogation to the neighborhood.
