Murphy 125 Meadowview Road Petition: #88-86 Mr. Daniel Long, Town Clerk Town Office Building North Andover, MA 01845 Dear Mr. Long: The Board of Appeals held a public hearing on May 13, 1986 upon the application of Frederick T. Murphy who requested a variance from the requirements of Section 7, Paragraph 3 and Table 2 of the Zoning By- Laws so as to permit relief from violation of side setback require ments , approximately _4 feet on easterly side yard. The following members were present and voting: Frank Serio, Jr. , Chairman; Alfred Frizelle , Esq. , Vice-chairman, Augustine Nickerson, Clerk, William Sullivan and Walter Soule. The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on April 24 and May 1 1986 and all abutters were notified, by regular mail. The Board feels that the granting of this variance would in no way deter from the neighborhood as the house was built 18 years ago. It would be a tremendous hardship to move the house or to shift the lot line creatir an unsightly jog between this lot and the property next door. These forms shall be furnished by the Clerk upon 'request. Any communication purporting to be an application shall be treated as mere notice of intention to seek relief until such time as it is' made on the official application form. All information called for by the form shall be furnished by the applicant in the manner therein prescribed.
