The following members were present and voting: Frank Serio* .Jr., Chairman; Arthur R. Drupmeaads Vice Chairman; Dr. Eugene A. Bel veau, Clerk; Louis DiFruscie and Associate Member Alfred Eo Friselles Esq, who sat in place of member William Salemme, The hearing was advertised in the Lawrence EaglemTrfbun a an My 26 and Juane 29 1973 and all abuttors were duly notified by regular hail.
