Dear Sir: After a duly advertised Public Hearing on Monday Evening February 2, 1959, the Planning Board of North Andover Unanimously VOTED to amend the Zoning By-Laws by changing from Village residential, Section 3.51 of the Zoning By-Laws to Business , Section 4.3. The following_parcel of land bounded and described as follows: Easterly by the westerly line of Chickering Road 268.08 feet. , Southeasterly by Trenton Street 25.88 feet: Southwesterly by ]and now or formerly of Nora C.
