The meeting ~as called to order at 8:10 P.I~. MemBers present: ~eary Lund,
Acting O_~a!rman; Nicholas Nicetta, Benedict Perrone, Associate Member;
Alfred Boeglin, Associate Member and Donald F. Smith, newly appointed regular
member.
Mr. L~d read the legal notice, for the petition of Leo &Ido Coppeta. There
were no objectors. Mr. Nicetta m~do a motion to take the matter under advise-
ment, seconded by Mr. Boeglin and voted ,mAn~C,,,ly.
Mr. Lund read the legal notice o~ncerning the petition of Mary Salvo. Atty.
~m. Keller, represent4~8 Mr. Sa2vo, showed and exp!A~ed the plans to the Board.
The plan was recorded prior to the most recent By-Law. This Board has no copies
of the plans. There were no objectors. Mr. Nicetta _made a metio~ to take the
,~tter under advisement, seconded by Mr. Smith and voted unanimously.
Mr. Finck appeared with Mr. John Farnum, Mr. Ltvermore and an Atty., the Town
Counsel from Wenham, coneern~_,~ a Ski Development at Boston ~. After a
length~ discussion, f~:ms were given to them to be coveted in order that a
hearing date may he set.
The Board then discussed and voted on the petition of Mary Salvo. Mr.
