Long: The Board of Appeals held a public hearing on Tuesday evening, June 14 , 1983 upon the application of John F. Gromko. The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on May 26 ' and June 2, 1983 and all abutters were notified by regular hail. The following members were present and voting: Frank Serio, Jr. , Chairman; Alfred E. Frizelle, Esq. , Vice Chairman; William J. Sullivan; Augustine W. Nickerson; and Maurice S. Foulds. The petitioner seeks a Special Permit under Section 41 Para- graph 4 . 121 (16) of the Zoning By Law to allow a family suite on. premises located at 41 Fox Hill Road. The petitioner teatified that he proposes to construct a family suite or "in-law apartment" behind the existing garage with a common deck to his existing dwelling for his mother and father in law. The proposed family suite would have its own entrance. Several neighbors spoke in opposition. Following a discussion with the Board and the neighbors , the petitioner asked to withdraw the petition. A motion was made by Mr. Frizelle and seconded by Mr. Nickerson to allow the petitioner to withdraw the petition. The motion ,passed unanimously.
