G. Hamilton. 2. The Special Permit shall expire at the time .Dolores Haydusko ceases to occupy the family suite. 3, The Special Permit shall expire at the time the premises are conveyed to any person, -partnership, trust, or corporation. 4. The applicant, by acceptance of the Certificate of Occupancy issued pursuant to this Special Permit, grants to the Building Inspector or his lawful designee the right to inspect the premises. Hamilton Town Office Building 310 Berry Street North Andover, Mass. 01845 Petition No. 30-184 Dear Mr. Long: The Board of Appeals held a public hearing on Monday evening, June 11, 1984 upon the application of F. G. Hamilton. The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on May 24 - and 31, 1984 and all abutters were notified by regular mail. The following members were present and voting: Alfred E. Frizelle, Esq. , Vice Chairman; William J. Sullivan; Augustine Nickerson; Walter F. Soule; and Maurice S. Foulds. The petitioner seeks a Special Permit under Section 4, Paragraph 4. 121 (15) of the Zoning By Law so as to permit a "family suite" or "in-law apartment" on premises located at 310 Berry Street. The petitioner testified that the suite is needed for his mother- in-law and will be located over the existing garage. The proposed jsuite will consist of a kitchen, a bath, a living room and a bed- room and entrance will be gained through the attached living room area of the existing dwelling. No opposition was voiced at the hearing. Upon a motion made by Mr. Foulds and seconded by Mr. Soule, the Board voted unanimously to grant the Special Permit subject to the following conditions: F. G. The Special Permit shall expire at the time Dolores Haydusko ceases to occupy the family suite. 3. The Special Permit shall expire at the time the premises are conveyed to any person, partnership, trust, or corporation. 4. The applicant, by acceptance of the Certificate of Occupancy issued pursuant to this Special Permit, grants to the Building Inspector or his lawful designee the right to inspect the premises.
