Bridle Path Petition #4-'79 Daniel Long, Town Clerk Town ,Office Building North Andover, Ma. Dear Mr. Long: A public hearing was held by the Board of Appeals on February 12, 1979 upon application of London Homes, Inc. who requested a variation of Sec. 6.3 and Table 2 of the Zoning By-Law so as to permit a 'variance from the sideline requirement as shown on a pian of land dated Dec. 2, 1978 for Oak Ridge Trust and located at Lot #27, Bridle Path. The following members were present and voting: Frank Serio, Jr., Chairman; Alfred E. Frizelle, Vice-Chairman; James D. Noble, Jr.; Richard J. Trepanier and William Sullivan, Assoc. Members. The hearing was advertised in the Lawrence Eagle-Tribune Jan. 27 & Feb. 3, 1979 and all abutters were duly notified by regular mail. David Zaloga, President of London Homes, Inc., stated that he was requesting a side- line variance of approximately 8 ft. The alternative to this was to demolish one section of the existing dwelling on the lot. He was asked if he was aware that the house on the side would be less than the requirement and he replied "yes", but that he Lot 8 to acquire a piece of land to he owner of L P kai. verbally made an agreement with t � � bring Lot #27 into conformance. This lot was subsequently sold before the sale of the extra parcel of land was acquired. After further discussion with abutters, David Schmitt, 165 Bridle Path and Joan Madeiros, Bridle Path, and Richard Jones, owner of Lot #28, the Board took the matter under advise- ment. On March 12, 1979, upon motion of Mr. Trepanier and second by Mr. Frizelle the Board voted unanimously to DENY the variance because the petition does not meet all the requirements of Sec. 9.5 of the Zoning By-Law.
