Lyons, Town Clerk Town Office Building North Andover, Massachusetts Dear Mr. Lyons: On March 7, 19601 the Board of Selectmen held a hearing on the adjudication of the following streets. The hearing was duly advertised, and recommend- ations on said streets were obtained from the Highway Surveyor and the North Andover Planning Board. The !Board of Selectmen then voted unanimously to adjudicate the following streets to be laid out as public ways in accordance with acceptance plans, submitted with this report, if it is so voted by the annual town meeting: Heath Road, from its intersection with Sutton Hill Road to its inter- section with Milk Street. Heath Circle, in its entirety. Wilson Road, from Salem Turnpike a distance of approximately 391 feet northerly. Lyman Road, from Middlesex Street to Silsbee Road a distance of approx- imately 200 feet more or less.
