Dear Mr. Long:
The Board of Appeals held a public hearing on December 9, 1986 upon the
application of Eileen M. Lynch requesting a variance of Section 6 ,
Paragraph 6 .1, 6.2 , �. 8 and Table 2 of the Zoning Bylaws so as to permit
sub-division of lot containing 22,709 sq. ft. into two (2) lots ; one of
12 ,500 sq, ft. and second of 10 ,209 sq, ft. The following members were
present and votingi !Frank Serio, Jr. , Chairman, Alfred Frizelle , Vice-
chairman, Augustine Dickerson, Clerk, Walter Soule and Anna O'Connor.
The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on October 30 and
November 6 , 1986 and all abutters were notified by regular mail . Upon
a motion made by Mr. Frizelle and seconded by Mr. Soule , the Board voted
unanimously to GRANT the variance as requested subject to the following
conditions .
1. Ellis Street be improved at the cost of the petitioner.
2 . Sewer and water lines be extended down Ellis Street at the
cost of the petitioner.
3. Only A one-family dwelling be constructed on this lot'.
4. No building permit be issued until sewer and water lines are
completed.
The Board finds that the granting of this variance Is' zlot in derogation
of the intent and purpose of the Zoning ByLaws nor will it adversely affect
the neighborhood.

Every application for action by the Board shall be made on 'a form;•,
approved by the Board. These 'forms shall be furnished by the clerk
upon request . Any communication purporting to be an application
shall be treated as mere notice of intention to seek relief until
such time , as it is made on the official application form; All in-
formation called for by the form shall be furnished by the applicant
in the manner therein prescribed:
