The location of wetlands on both sides of the lot trecludes
construction without a special permit. The dwelling will be
connected to town sewer via a puma, to eliminate the need for
a septic system. The applicant believes that the plan presented
meets the conditions listed in Section 10.31 , Par. 1 , Items a.
through e. of the• 1984 Zoning By Law.
