Iyonsp Torn Clerk Town Building North Andover, Mass. Dear Sir: The Board of appeals held a Public Hearing on Monday evening, June 8, 1953. This hearing was duly advertised in the Evening Tribune on June 1, 1953 and all abutters were notified. The following vote was taken:at a special meeting held June 15, 1953. Upon application of Joseph A. Maker, requesting the approval of the Board for a son-conforming use permit, so as to permit the construction of a building to be used as offices for the applicant, Dr. Joseph A. Maker and Dr. Thomas Ceplikaa, a motion was made and seconded and it was unanimously VOTED to grant the non-conforming use permit to Dr. Maker. At this same meeting, a renewal of a non-conforming use permit was wuudmously approved by the Board to Roland B. Hamm9nd, Jre Also at the same meeting a renewal of a non-conforming use permit was unanimously granted to Fred Aziz. All the members of the Board were present and voted on all tree applications.
