BOARD OF APPEALS Albert A. Manzi, Jr. * Petition: 4120-90 72 Foster St. N. Andover, MA 01845 * DECISION �c The Board of Appeals held a public hearing 'on Tuesday evening, August 14, 1990 upon the application of Albert A. Manzi, Jr. requesting a variance from the requirements of Section 79 Paragraph 7.3 and Table 2 of the Zoning Bylaw so as to permit relief of setback requirements from 30' to 22.7' on the premises located at 72 Foster Street. The following members were pre- sent and voting: Frank Serio, Jr. , Chairman, Walter Soule, Clerk, Raymond Vivenzio, Anna O'Connor and Louis Rissin. The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on July 25, 1990 and August 1, 1990 and all abutters were notified by regular mail. Upon a motion made by Mr. Vivenzio and seconded by Mr. Rissin, the Board voted, unanimously, to GRANT the variance as requested. The Board finds that the granting of this variance will not adversely affect the neighborhood or derogate from the intent and purpose of the bylaw. Dated this 15th day of August, 1990.
