Levis 70 Johnson Circle Mr. Daniel Long, Town Clerk 120 Main Street North Andover , MA 01845 Dear Mr. Long : The , Board of Appeals held a public hearing on August 12 , 1986 upon the application of Robert & Linda Marconi and Mary A. Levis request- ing a variance from the requirements of Section 7 , Paragraph 3 of the zoning Bylaws so as to permit relief of side setback in order for construction of addition to present dwelling. The following members were present and voting: Frank Serio, Jr , , Chairman , Alfred Frizelle , Vice-chalriman , William Sullivan, Raymond vivenzio and Anna O 'Connor . The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on July 24 and July 31 , 1986 and all abutters were notified by regular mail . Motion made by Raymond Vivenzio and seconded by Alfred Frizelle to GRANT the petition as requested for relief of side setback in order to construct an addition to present dwelling. Reducing the dimension to accomodate zoning will not work architecturally , as it will destroy the symmetry of the proposed addition . S.
