A special meeting of the Board of Appeals was held on Monday,
July 21 at the Town Building. The prupose of the meeting was
to suggest Cou~l for th~ All-States of Virginia case.
The meeting came to order at 8:00 PM. Members present and
voting were: DAniel T. 0'Leary, C~airman, Robert Burke, Henry
Lund and Donald F. Smith.
At the suggestion of Mr. Burke, it was voted that a letter
should be written to the Board of Selectmen that the Board
suggests Atty. John Lynch to act as Counsel for the Town.
It was also decided a ±etter should be written to the Stream
and Forest Club that they must first request a bu~ld~ng permit
from the Buflding Inspector and if the permit is denied then
an application must be f~led with the Board of Appeals for a
public hearing.
~e to the number of application, it wa~ voted ~hat a monthly
meeting would be held in August.
The me~tin~ adjourned at 9:1~ PM.
