The undersigned wishes to record the accompanying plan and requests• a
determination by said Board that approval by it under the Subdivision
Control Law is not required . The undersigned believes that such approva
is not required for the following reasons :

Dear Mr. Long:
The Board of Appeals held a public hearing on October 14r 1986 upon the
application of William & Kathleen Masterson requesting variance from the
requirements of Section 7 , Paragraph 7. 1 , 7 . 2 , 7 . 3 and Table 2 of the
Zoning 'ByLaws so as to permit a sub-division of property and relief from
frontage , area and setback requirements on one lot. The following
members were present , and voting: Alfred Frizelle , Vice�c.hairman , Augustine
Nickerson , Clerk, William Sullivan , Walter Soule and Raymond Vivenzio .
The hearing was advertised in the Worth Andover Citizen on September 25
and October 2 , 1986 and all abuttere were notified by regular sail .
Upon & !motion made by Mr . Soule and seconded by Mr. Nickeraea -tate Seard.
voted unanimously to GRANT the variances requested, subject to the follow-
ing conditions :
1. That lot line between Lot A and Lot B run directly to
street which would add frontage to Lot B and lessen
frontage on Lot A.
2 . Plans be amended within 15 days after the date of filing this
decision with the Town Clerk and be presented to the Board
reflecting the changes and any other adjustments made in
accordance with this decision..
j The Board finds that due to the shape of the lots in question that a sub-
stantial hardship exists and that granting the variances will not adversly
affect the neighborhood or the induration of the intent and purposes of
the Zoning Bylaws .
