Lengtri of the dead-end roadway exceeds the Towns rules and requiations. No material has been submitted in support of the roadway length waiver . 2. No mitigation of stormwater run-off has been shown by the applicant . 3. No street name has been, provided . 4. No data has been submitted requiring the design or probabily of having sanitary sewer facilities for this subdivision. C. Concerns :outlined in the NACC memo , dated May 30, 19ee have not been addressed . 6. Concerns outlined in the Police Departments memo , dated May 18, 19eOhave not been addressed . �. The water-main has not been looped to insure the adequate flow of water contrary to the public health and safety of future residents of the subdivision 3. Plan -lot drawn to scale 9 . D.P.W . concerns: a . The existing gravity sewer in the direction of the proposed sewer force main shown on the plan is approximately 2 miles away from the property . The existing gravity sewer in the other direction on cc Great Pond Road is approximately one mile from the Y CD=,V- property. 0 4 S__ An adequate assessment of on site sewer facilities for vLUM this subdivision cannot be made without knowing what UA act u- intentions the owner has relative to development of QI- the remaining portion of the property. d . An easement should be provided on Lot B with an area I arge enough to construct a sewage lift station and appurtenances . e. The erosion control plan for the subdivision should include complete retention of run-off from all excavated area. 10. Excess cutting and filling in an environmentally sensitive area adjacent to Lake Cochichewick and to wetlands which are hydrologically connected to the lake. y 1 tpra.jert ^. r eceeds to the stage .of a Definitive Plan, the I _ � applicant must comply with all requirements of the Rules and Regulations of the North Andover Planning Board regarding Definitive Plans. In particular , the following issues should be addressed ! a. No lots shall be released from the covenant running with the property until the following is completed . All drainage is constructed in accordance with the Subdivision Plan, including binder coat application, all utilities, including , but not limited to fire alarms, water lines , sewer , drainage, electric , gas, cable shall be installed in accordance with the plans. b . Drainage calculations will have to be submitted to mitigate run--off. No calculations or drainage plan has yet been submitted to prove to the Planning Board that the subdivision can mitigate increased run-off without affecting abutting property . C . A deatiled tree plan in accordance with Section V, K and IV. 1 will have to be submitted with plan for review by the Planning Board and Tree Warden. The applicant will have to address the Tree Department recommendations to preserve existing trees and to bond for new planting if appropriate. d . A stump pit burial plan will have to be submitted to the Planning Board and Highway Department for review and approval prior to any on-site construction. 12. The applicant must comply with all applicable sections of the North Andover Zoning Bylaw and with all appropriate recommendations of the Town Boards.
