Bear Sir: This case cause on to be heard at a meeting of the Board of Appeals an Monday, November 16, 1959 at 8:15 FN at the Tom Office Building and was continued an Monday, March 1./+, 1960. Members present and voting weres Daniel T. O'Leary, Chairman, Charles Foster Jr., Secretary, Howard Gilman., Robert Burke and Henry Lund. Attorney Alfred Daniels represented Bdvard Keeler who requested a site plan review per Section /+." of the Zoning By Laws so as to permit the erection of a restaurant on the premises located at the West side of Osgood Street at the corner of Clark-Street. William Chopulis, 1018 Osgood Street appeared in opposition. Dear Sir: A hearing of the Board of Appeals was held on March 9, 1959 at the Town Building on the application of Edward H. Keeler requesting a variance of Section 11.4 Parggraph L.LJ{_ of the zoning By Law so as to permit the erection of a restaurant on the premises located at the Westerly side of Osgood Street at the corner of Clark Street in an Industrial District. Present and voting were: Daniel T. 01Leary, Chairman, Donald F. Smith, Henry E. Lund and Charles Foster Jr. , Associate Member. Atty. Alfred H. Daniels appeared for the petitioner. Mr. and Mrs. William Chepulis, abbutters, objected to the variance. The hearing was continued until April 13, 1959 at which time more detailed plans showing elevation and floor plans were requested. Present at this meeting were : Daniel T. O'Leary, Charles Foster, Jr. , Howard Gilman, 'ddilliam Morton, Associate Member and Alfred Boeglin, Assceiate Member. At a meeting held on June 8, (present and voting were Daniel T. O'Leary, Charles Foster Jr. , Howard Gilman and 71illiam Morton Associate Members Alfred Boeglin was not present) , it was voted that the petition be denied. }=;ASCNT F'0:� D CE ION.
